Thermoplastic Polyurethane Parts
Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) is a fully thermoplastic elastomer. Depending on the application we use polyether- or polyester-base. TPU’s can be easily processed as well as colored, painted, or printed. They can be die-cut, slit, and sterilized. They also have low temperature flexibility, are flame retardant and have anti-static properties.
TPU is a versatile material with exceptional properties that offer a broad range of applications. TPU bridges the gap between plastics and rubber. The range of physical properties allows it to be used as hard rubber and a soft engineering thermoplastic. TPU offers flexibility without the use of plasticizers, and offers a broad range of hardness grades and high elasticity.
