Cove Plastics engineers work closely with your design team to determine the best processing technique for the products you are wanting. By working closely there is less room for error. It helps us determine the correct material, cost of the parts, to insure the product can stand up to the application it’s being used for, and to adjust the design if modifications are needed. Cove’s in-house tooling allow for faster turnaround.

At Cove Plastics, our engineering team has over 50 years combined experience. Our production staff has been producing the highest quality parts in the industry for over 20 years. With Cove Plastics you can trust that our engineers and other staff will provide you with the quality parts you require with each order. We use the latest technology in SolidWorks for each design and top of the line machines to produce each part.

After you are completely satisfied with the design, we will provide a detailed quote for tooling and price per finished parts. Cove can also provide 3D printed Rapid Proto-Types if you would like a physical part to visualize what the finished product will look like.  Once we receive approval a precise mold will be created and parts will be made. Cove’s Quality Control Department inspects each part to insure you are receiving the highest quality.
